Returns, Fees & Eligibility

Our Promise to You

At Serena Monte, we believe shopping should feel effortless and reassuring. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help. Our return and exchange policy is designed to be fair, clear, and easy to follow.

Please review the details below before submitting a return request.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges on eligible items that meet all of the following requirements:

  • Item is new, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • Original internal tags are still attached
  • Return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery

Returns must be approved before shipping. Do not send items back to the address on the shipping label—this is not a return facility, and parcels sent there cannot be recovered or refunded.

Once approved, we’ll provide the correct return address and instructions.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Requests made after this window may not be eligible for a refund.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.


How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email support@serenamonte.com with the subject line:
    Return Request – Order #XXXXXX
  2. Include the item(s) you’d like to return and the reason for your request
  3. One return request is allowed per order
  4. Approved requests will receive a return form and shipping instructions

Unauthorized or unapproved returns may not be accepted.


Fees & Important Notes

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Replacements are final and not eligible for further refunds or exchanges
  • Returns shipped after the 14-day window will be rejected and sent back

Sale Items

Items purchased during promotional events (including seasonal sales and holiday discounts) are eligible for store credit only and cannot be refunded to the original payment method.


Refund Options

Refunds are issued based on your original payment method:

Gift Card Purchases

Returned items are refunded as store credit to your gift card.

Card, PayPal, Bank Transfer, or Afterpay

You may choose one of the following:

  • Store Credit + 15% Bonus (Most Popular)
    Receive the full value of your return plus an extra 15% in store credit. Credit never expires.
  • Original Payment Refund
    Refunded to your original payment method (excluding shipping and restocking fee).

Processing Times

Once your return is received, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
Additional processing time may apply depending on your payment provider.


Additional Notes

  • Minor variations in stitching, fabric texture, or color may occur and are not considered defects
  • Fit, color preference, or change-of-mind returns are not quality-related
  • Worn, washed, altered, or damaged items cannot be returned
  • Sizing may vary slightly between styles; please consult our size guide before ordering
